About me
My why
Make money.
Build your business.
Advance in your career.
An adamant yes to each of those things.
But none of that matters if you have 20 lbs hanging from your stomach and your body is falling apart.
This is the mistake I made in my 20s. That’s playing a fool’s game.
Since then, I’ve made my physical and mental health the primary focus. Because if it’s not, then I can’t serve my purpose.
So, what could that mean for you?
Imagine what it would be like if:
You were lean and jacked
You were focused and disciplined
You walked around with supreme confidence
You were setting a great example for your kids
That’s the right game to play. The savage body you are looking for is waiting for you in the habits you are currently avoiding.
my story
Have you ever reached a point in life where you knew you weren’t doing enough to reach your potential? I know this feeling because it’s exactly where I was about 11 years ago. My fitness and coaching journey started in a tough spot.
Quite frankly, I was pathetic. Growing up, I was a skinny kid. When I left high school, I was 150 lbs soaking wet. Then, during the 2nd half of my freshman year of college (mention UT), I started hitting the weights like a madman and eating everything in sight.
And by the time I left UT, I was 175 lbs. I’m 5’9-5’10, and yes I added muscle, but I was carrying more fat than I needed to.
After college, I went to work for a mortgage company. I spent 10 years there before I left to become a coach. And during that time, is when my health, my confidence, and my mindset took a complete nose dive.
I went from 150 lbs in high school to 175 lbs leaving college, to hitting close to 200 lbs while working for that company. And when you hit a weight or your body changes into something you’ve never seen before, and this is especially true if you used to be lean and somewhat athletic, it fucks with you.
I reached a point where had I to look at myself and say, “Johnnie, what the fuck are you doing?” I was the guy who was just punching the clock, working a 9-5 in an unconscious loop of doing the same shit over and over.
I was still going to the gym but I never had a plan and was just going through the motions hoping results would show up. I hit a pivotal point where I hated what I was doing with my life and I couldn’t stand to look at myself in the mirror.
I made two changes. I committed to changing my body. I got my hands on every training magazine I could, I constantly read about health and fitness while I was at work. I was all in because I could no longer take the pain of staying the same.
I trained 4-5 days per week, I threw away any type of junk food or alcohol I had at home. I stopped grabbing pizza on the way home from the office. I was all in on getting in great shape. I also decided to go back to school and get my MBA.
As I got through grad school, I lost 30 lbs and transformed my body. I went from belly fat to six-pack. That result gave me the confidence and courage to quit my job and deciding to gain more knowledge and influence, and being around people who had been there and done that, gave me the vision of becoming a coach.
All of that started with deciding to change my body. When you decide to level up and transform your body and mindset, that’s when real change happens.

I’m very happy with the results and I’m glad I trusted my gut to work with you. That not only says a lot about you as a coach but even more as a person. I knew you were the real deal.
